Stage 1

We have received your application. We will aim to review it and get back to you as soon as possible.
Stage 2

Phone Screen

Duration: 20 minutes 

Initial phone screen with a member of our to get to know you a bit better. 
Stage 3

Technical Assessment

Duration: 30 minutes 

We will send you a technical assessment where you will be asked to demonstrate your SQL skills.

Please note this assessment is intended to be difficult, and you're not expected to answer all questions correctly.
Stage 4

CEO Interview

Duration: 30 minutes 

You'll have a Google Meet with our CEO, Aaron. It's a great opportunity to ask him any questions you might have about the company's direction. 
Stage 5

Panel Interview

Duration: 1 hour

This will be a conversation with two of us from the team. We're planning to explore your technical chops in areas like how you'd design data systems, build pipelines, and working with databases. We also want to get a feel for how you think through problems, how you communicate your ideas, and how you might fit into our team. 
Stage 6

Candidate Take Home Assignment and Presentation

Duration: 1 hour

This is a take-home assignment where you'll get to show off your data engineering skills. After you're done with that, we'll have you present your work to the team. It's a chance for us to see your approach and for you to walk us through what you did.
